Returns

• Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or customized products
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items
• Used or damaged products caused by misuse

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong product.
